Who Am I To Talk About Adult ADHD?

Hi, I'm Ashlee, that's who I am. I'd love to tell you that my degree and my license makes me qualified to talk about ADHD. But, it's taken a lot more work than that.

Grad school did help...some. It was at least a time for me to trip and fall into all the rabbit holes of interest that weren't being taught in school. And my biggest inspiration for the ADHD rabbit hole was/is my partner.

Being in relationship with an ADHD'er is hard. And being in relationship with whatever I am (codependent at least) isn't any easier. So, I set about trying to understand all the things in an attempt to make things easier.

I couldn't tell you whom I've learned more about, me or him. But I can tell you I have learned A LOT. So, I'm here to talk mostly about the experience of relating to an ADHD'er and reporting what I see an ADHD'er experience in relationship(s). With love, compassion and humor.

Cheers!
