Schedule a 15 minute free tele-health consultation in order to get started. This is for us both to see if I'm the best fit therapist for you, discuss scheduling, cost, etc. Please note before you schedule that I am not in network with any insurance providers.
INSURANCE AND SUPERBILLS
I am a self pay provider. This means clients pay out of pocket on the date of service. If you have out of network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to help offset the cost. BCBS policy holders, I can help you check your out of network benefits and courtesy file an out of network claim for you. No shade to other plans, they just have a good portal for being able to do this.
LOCATION AND SESSION OPTIONS
My office is located on Broad Street in Durham near the Duke University East Campus. There is free on street parking available!
Weather permitting and if you'd like, we can do a 'walk and talk' around the east campus.
I also do virtual sessions for NC residents.
