For Self Pay (not using insurance or filing out of network) there is a same day discounted rate of $130
For people meeting a deductible before using in network benefits, the cost of the session is determined by what your insurance company allows for the service.

Schedule a 15 minute free tele-health consultation in order to get started. This is for us both to see if I'm the best fit therapist for you, discuss scheduling, cost, etc.
INSURANCE AND SUPERBILLS
I am in network with:
Aetna (including State Health Plan)
Ambetter
BCBS (NOT Blue Home/Marketplace)
For all other carriers, if you have out of network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.​
LOCATION AND SESSION OPTIONS
My office is located on Broad Street in Durham near the Duke University East Campus. There is free on street parking available!
Weather permitting and if you'd like, we can do a 'walk and talk' around the east campus.
I also provide virtual sessions for NC residents.
